The hotel is newly renovated and clean, making for a great environment. Its location is unbeatable, close to the Outlet Mall in Mercedes, TX, McAllen, and South Padre. Additionally, dining at Frontier was convenient, as it was just a short walk from the hotel.

The hotel is exceptionally clean with super friendly and outstandingly accommodating staff. The rooms have comfortable beds and pillows. The location is particularly good and in a perfect spot convenient to the international bridge.

No complains at all, the hotel is beautifully kept and recently refurbished and I definitely want to stay in that area again, liked it. The staff is attentive, the breakfast free, the location is favourable near Estero Llano Grande State Park and Frontera Audubon Society Weslaco Thicket, all the Valley's, and McAllen, outlet mall, and South Padre easy.

The rooms were spacious with comfy beds and pillows. The staff was genuinely helpful and professional. The hotel is conveniently located near the Outlet Mall, the border crossing to Nuevo Progresso, and the beautiful Estero Llano Grande State Park.

We were very close to Progreso where we went to shop.

Good and absolutely perfect position was an added bonus. I was upgraded to big queen room with comfortable bed and pillows. The pool was heated and the staff was very-very nice.

The hotel was beautifully kept. Booked the venue for its comfy and absolutely perfect location just off the truly wonderful Estero Llano Grande State Park, outlet mall, and other areas. The breakfast was good with hot food as well as continental. The staff was attentive.

I loved the pool, cleanliness, beds very soft and clean.

My less likely was the breakfast:eggs like plastic,bacon very limited, and the kitchen ladies have a very ugly attitude I asked for cream and it took for ever to get it I was treated like stop bothering me. About the breakfast I think HInn can do better as high as the price per night is that should be a better service and more variety.
